Preparation For The Bike Ride

It's been a few weeks since I have been on the bike trail. I'l ride about 1 mile today before the ride on Saturday. I can't wait!

March Is National Nutrtion Month

I'm in preparation for my May, 2011 Ballroom Dance Competition: The Atlanta Classic.
Tonight I practiced my Waltz, Cha Cha and Tango techniques. My head is swimming. I can't believe I can not keep may shoulders down and my head poised.

I dn't know if I'll be ready by May.
