Plant Based Breakfast

This morning I was clueless on what I would eat for breakfast.  I have discarded refined grains, on my "plant based diet".  That means the usual cheese toast is out the window along with the eggs.  Finally I scavenged through the refrigerator to discover: papaya, pineapple, dragon fruit and avocado.  Thus I diced 1 cup of the fruit.  Thinking to myself, this will not be enough, I added 1 tablespoon of hummus and 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.   Finally I thought, this will have to do until I can go shopping again.  I completed my morning breakfast I topped with  cup of herbal tea.   After finishing the peanut butter, it really had a processed taste, following all the fresh fruit.  I've got to discover another nut based source.
